Mango Thai Cuisine

I met up for lunch again with my mom at a local Thai restaurant that I haven't tried yet. Not bad, but it's no Madame Mam's! The chicken in my pad see ew and in my mom's pad thai was a bit dry.

SushiYAMA Japanese

Yay more Japanese food! We went to this small restaurant in Dallas which has this bento box special on Wednesdays. However, I decided to go with the Sashimi Salad. I took more pictures, but unfortuantely, the restaurant's lighting was kinda weird and most of my pictures came out blurry. Anyway, the salad was surprisingly filling-- it's basically salad with some Japanese dressing and a bunch of small pieces of sashimi.

Dippin' Dots

Jane and I went shopping at Stonebriar and I couldn't leave without buying dippin' dots! Man I love that stuff.

Dave and Buster's

I tagged along with Jamie and Albert to Dave&Buster's to celebrate Don's 23rd birthday. Jamie and I shared this awesome pasta and the 3 of us shared this sinfully sweet fondue!

Osaka Sushi

Oh man, this place is awesome. I usually like to eat until I'm almost full, but here, I'll make an exception. All-you-can-eat Japanese buffet, miso or udon soup, and icecream (I always get green tea). It's a bit expensive for dinner, so my mom and I go for lunch (~$16 I think).

Mom's Cooking

Oh man, nothing beats eating a home-cooked meal cooked by mom! She made won-ton soup on my request. Yay!

atlanta visit

So I've decided to start this blog to keep track of my food pictures. Yay, food! I went to Atlanta this past week and tried out some new restaurants with my sister. It's great eating with my sister because we can usually get one appetizer, entree, and dessert, and it's enough for the both of us. In fact, often it's more than enough. Anyway, so here it is starting from the most recent.

Lawrence's Cafe & Restaurant

This was a nice small Lebanese restaurant. The food was good and all but it was strange because we were the only customers there when we first walked in. Later on 3 Hispanic dudes came in to eat but they left before we finished.

Cafe Lily

This was a nice date place serving Mediterranean cuisine. Kinda on the pricer end but the food was excellent and not as expensive just because we shared food.

During a good meal, you savor the taste of good food but it's easily forgotten after the meal. This blog is for me to remember those meals and drool over them again =P
